Inheritance is not coming while assigning group rights

Inheritance is not coming while assigning group rights to a limited account in sepm.
After we create and assign a user with "No access" rights to some groups, its sub groups are still having full access..

Is it possible to have any workaround.. We have 1000 child groups with 50 primary groups and need to create individual accounts for 50 groups
