                              This is nitesh from Boston Technology Group New Delhi, India. I am using Symantec End point protection 11.0.5 but last 5days it is not working properly & now i am find some viruses is not removing properly this is win32.downloadup.b & Trojen.Gen.2.So please help me how to remove thithese viruses properly. I am sending the screen shot of this viruses with this attachment.

I have Server 2008 last 4-5 days back trojen.gen.2 is automatically generate even i delete all temp folder .

Automatically increase log or quarantine so please check and give me solution how can i remove completly from this server.I also attached a file so very easy to u verify which type of problem...

I hope this question isn't as dumb as I feel. I want to know if Norton Identity Safe protects  me from people getting into my computer by using my aircard; or is it not as easy to get online on my aircard as it is using someones elses WIFI. If I need some other knid of protection, what do I need?
