Is anybody considering a live chat on the forums website? There are times when people post within minutes of each other, meaning you have to log onto the website multiple times through the day...if it was mainly arb queries around the forum discussion logged, it would make sense to have something available (similar to Facebook's chat function).
Worth looking into...

Live CHAT

           I am agree with you, i think that it should not be hard for Symantec Technical Web Site Team, if they want to add a Online Chat   like a Online Helpdesk   :D  in Symantec Connect .
I Hope that, in 2010 we will see a Customer Care Online HelpDesk in Symantec Connect, that help to the Customer more than before.

I just spent 26 hrs at work

I just spent 26 hrs at work and I think I just lost to a battle of troubleshooting wits with another support team. They have chat support to at least 2 different support centers. They even flew in one tech from abroad. While I'm alone, waiting for email and phone instructions. :(
