Support Integrated Authentication with HTTP
when using LUA to push defs over HTTP to LU Distribution Points, only basic authentication is supported - password is sent in clear text.
This is contrary to security best practice. The alternative is to use SSL, which has increased IIS overhead and is overkill as clients pulling from the LU Distribution Points do not need encrypted traffic if they use anonymous authentication.
Allow Configuration of Password policy
