Hi,
A customer of mine (case ID 240-906-323) noticed that in unmanaged SEP clients (some servers out of his LAN), the daily schedule of LiveUpdate is not respected until the reboot of the machine (and it does ask to do it in a pop-up). SEP is a product for enterprises and it is expected that it does not ask the reboot just to arrange the LiveUpdate scheduling. Because there is not an internal procedure to submit a product enhancement requests... here's my question. Can we improve the LiveUpdate reliability?
Regards,
defect
True.
Thank you for letting me know.
