Now a days it is easy to open a case through mysupport.symantec.com but it is taking lot of time to assign the Technician to that case. So it will be nice if we can directly upload the Loadpoint tool logs to Symantec Lab. And get analysis report for file submission.

Nice one

Nice solution to open a cse,
But this is limited to SEP, we cannot upload the load point tol logs for other softwares such as Brightmail

This will help us to log a case regarding SEP

Thanks ....................

Also, once the case was

Also, once the case was created. It should only be one technician that will handle it except that the agent was unable to resolve the issue.

Most of the time, if the assigned technician is not available, the case will be re assigned which means another long hold time.
