Currently (EV8.0 SP2) it is very difficult to resume a failed client-driven PST migration, without ending up with duplicates in the user's archive.

If a PST fails because EV doesn't understand a message in the PST (Migrator Task gives event 6593), then it is a manual process to find out which message must be deleted from the PST (described in tech note 320832) and the only way to resume the PST migration is to delete all entries on the EV server and restart the client driven PST migration from scratch. This leaves duplicate shortcus and duplicates messages in the user's archive.

It should be possible to resume the client driven PST migration from where it stopped last time.

Is this really true?  You

Is this really true?  You can't resume a failed PST migration or at least skip the corrupted messages.
