Make LiveUpdate installable via MSI

Many of our products depend on LiveUpdate, and can fail in their own installation if they cannot cause LiveUpdate to install.   One common solution to this outcome is to install LiveUpdate separately before installing SEP or whatever other product depends on it; however, there is no way to install LiveUpdate using standard MSI mechanisms like a Group Policy Object.  Please provide MSI support for LiveUpdate to make it possible to install it via GPO, or alternately provide an installation option in SEP and other products that normally depend on LiveUpdate, so that they can be made to install even if LiveUpdate fails to install.
