Hi,

Ï would very much like to see the location-independant settings to be set as the other policies so that i can make the change in one place instead of going through every non-inheritance group.
Normally i have alot of groups and all or almost all of them have inheritance unticket. So for me to set a new password for uninstalling the client, i need to do this manually on each and every group in the domain.

A "Shared" Location Specific Policy

Scenario:

A number of new DNS servers were added to an environment. These new DNS servers will be added to location switching criteria for existing locations. Since there is no centralized/shared Location policy, the change has to be made on all non-inheriting groups as necessary. This is a very tedious process depending on the complexity of the group structure in SEPM.

Having a Location independent policy, like other shared policies, will make management changes as the one I just described more efficient and less time consuming.
