Current Behavior
Current SEPM architecture requires that each management server have access to http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/outb... in order to display Security Response data on SEPM Homepage.

Desired Behavior
SEPM servers should be able to  gather this info from the another SEPM that already has access to the Internet rather providing access to the Security Response host on the Internet to each SEPM in the local network.

Usefull to control internet access

Spread information through the many different SEPM still maintaining control on one single equipment authorized to access the internet increases functionality on highly secure environments where a limited number of servers are allowed to access the internet.
