Mark as Offensive

While there is a way to mark the main forum post as offensive in the forums, how about a way to mark replys as offensive. Example: A user creates a thread and someone replys making fun of the person asking for help. It would be nice to be able to mark the reply as offensive and possibly if enough people mark it as offensive, the post would be deleted.
Spam
yes, it can be helpful to give sign about offensive posts, even if some of these are usually removed by admin ( like spam , etc.)
You can mark any comment as offensive.
You can mark any comment as offensive. At the bottom right of each comment is a "Mark as Offensive" option. The applies to comments in the forums, articles, blogs, etc.
Question
