Modify "Action" colum of Symantec Mail Security (8200/8300 Appliances)

In a 8200/8300 appliances for Mail Security, in “Actions” of “Message audit log” option, they say “the action to do”, but we think that it will say the action that it “has done” because sometimes is not the same. For us this is a problem that you need to see all de e-mails to verify his result.

The Actions column actually
The Actions column actually shows the "Actions taken" as you can see on the Message Audit Logs details page for a message.
Can you please elaborate on "sometimes is not the same"? If you can clarify with an example that would be helpful.
