Multiple same entry should be avoided in discussions...

I am using a slow internet link.. sometimes when i click multiple times on save, same entry will be updated twice.
Is there any way to avoid it...? If not it should be introduced...

PM any admin , TA , Tech
PM any admin , TA , Tech Support employee (on the forum) and they should be able to delete..the addtional posts.

It was deleted...
After some time when i checked my first entry was deleted...
I don't know whether it got deleted automatically or admin deleted...
I think both had the same subject so first one was deleted.
