Netbackup Catalog Recovery

The HOT catalog backup policy gives the user the ability to write the backup to more than one copy, however, recovery is only possible
from the primary (copy 1). Enterprise support case 281-855-640 was opened to recover from the second copy, but this was not possible.

It is possible
This is possible to do already, I've done it. Are you doing a full recvoery using the DR File? You can tell the DR File to use the second copy as primary.
