Las Vegas is filled with activities. However, we want to plan some fun evening activities for you to enjoy with your fellow Vision attendees. Would you be interested in attending these events? (Also, please add a comment below if you have suggestions for night activities or parties.)

The evening parties held at

The evening parties held at previous Altiris ManageFusion events were always fun (well how can you go wrong with open bar and free food???)   If there's a spare amusement park to rent out (hmm...not so much), the events at Universal Orlando and SeaWorld were both very cool as well.  I don't suppose the Stratosphere lets you "buy out" the top of the hotel for a night...or do they?  It is Vegas after all...

Thanks,
Kyle

What is permitted by Legal?

What are the current restrictions applied by Symantec legal department on the sort of activities that Symantec can offer without risk of being sued if there are any accidents?

Use the MGM Pools

I was at an event in August that had an evening party using the MGM Pools.  They had different themes at each pool and food at each one.  It was a great way to relax and network.  They even had a guy rolling cigars at one of the pools.  Also a great place for the Manage This band to play!

They did that at MF09!

David,
They did that for the last MF in Vegas, though it was only one of the pools (actually I think it is normally a club or something at night as there is a full bar there too).  There was a nice stage area for ManageThis! to play at, and they filled the pool with "Symantec is Control" beach balls.

Thanks,
Kyle

It's Vegas

The event I was think of is much bigger, has the whole open bar thing, but each pool could have a different theme (Symantec technology) to attract groups that would make the networking easier.  Also some quiet areas so that you could have a serious discussion with customer or partner.  You can have a different attraction at each pool to keep it interesting like the cigar roller, band, etc...

Besides its Vegas, unless it's gambling, over priced shows/restaurants or strip clubs what else can you do?

What they did for Managed

What they did for Managed Fusion last year was great and what they have planned this is fine.

I can think about a lot of things

I can think about a lot of things, but my collegeau and personal friend is getting married in Vegas the last day at Vision, and if everybody who wants to visit ManageVision would be so kind? Come to the Internet lounge to personally congratulate him.
that would really make my day.
And off course I will make photo's and video of the happening and post them so that everybody can see them.

My friend went to Vegas with his girlfriend and went home with his wife!
Did he do something wrong?

I don't think so.

Poker?

Would it be too much of a stretch to have a Texas Hold'em tourney?  We are in Vegas after all.
