NOM "All Reports" list needs to expand

In NOM 6.5.4, the Standard Reports list (Reporting-->All Reports-->Standard Reports) does not expand dynamically when you increase the size of the web window. Instead, it has its own scroll bar for you to scroll through the 3 inches of the list it displays.
Given that the number of standard reports increases with each NOM version this is going to get increasingly annoying as time goes by; it's already annoying me on my large monitor to not be able to see everything at once.
