Under the Reputation Good/Bad Sender section, it would be useful to be able to attach a note to each entry (ie who made the request/why the exception was added).  Additionally, it would be beneficial to be able to add an optional expiration date for an entry.  Many times we add items are added to the white list on a temporary basis.  Currently, we make a notation on an external calendar on when to remove the entry.  Would be a huge time saver if the expiration date was integrated.

I'd also add notes to

Spam, Virus, Compliance policies.  Free form text for thinks like date, requestor, intention of the rule (what was I thinking?)

Also there should be an audit log when policy are created that shows the new settings, who set them and d/t.  It should be possible to have a scheduled report that runs daily/weekly to capture config changes.

Notes would be fine

I think simple freetext notes should be added to nearly all lists.
It would help documenting why something was added.

Reviewed.

So, there are two distinct requests here.

1.  Ability to add a freeform text description 'note' to admin created objects.
2.  Ability to schedule the expiry of good/bad sender list entries.

Both of these requests have been noted, thanks for your contribution.

Feel free to refine and or add more specific details as necessary.
