A Notification / Log to System Admin for understanding what changes were done by other Administrators connecting to SEPM.

Hello,

We are looking forward for a way to create a Log or Notification to the System Admin, stating what changes were made by the Administrators / Limited Administrators in the absence of System Administrator.

It would be really appreciated if System Administrator could create a Log OR a Report of Changes made by other Administrators / Limited Administrators in the absence of System Administrator.
