popup for additional information

Create a button on the Netbackup policy attributes that will pop open a text window. Information could be placed in the window such as:
people/phone numbers/email contacts for the data owners of the clients being backed up by the policy
time restrictions for running a make-up backup due to database, batch jobs, user needs
temporary information like why the policy may be set to inactive
special information concerning the handling of the data for duplication/offsite storage
