The question if NBU 5.x can be upgraded to 6.5 directly (and how to) is being asked at least once a week on the NetBackup Forum.
Can the Forum Administrators not post a link to the NetBackup Upgrade Portal under 'Featured Discussions'??

Marianne, thanks for your suggestion. I did make one such postings with a Soution post a sticky on the NBU forums that can be easily accessible to all users looking for a similar solution in the future.
But, FYI, Symantec Connect has a wonderful Search feature enabled. Hence, it is recommended that the users first search the site to see if they can find a solution before they report a same question all over again. So, is true in this case as well.

The problem is, you dont get points for finding the answer on your own. I think some of these people post redundant questions just for the points.
