Prevent people from agreeing/disagreeing with their own ideas on connect

In an attempt to agree with someone else's idea I accedently clicked on the agree arrow for one of my ideas and I was able to increase the number of people that agreed with my idea. Is it possible to check the user's id when they click on agree or disagree (not sure why someone would disagree with their own idea though) and make sure that it does not match the creator's id?

This makes sense, But...
This Makes sense, but then at least make the vote start at 1, since there is ONE person that agrees. Otherwise it starts at Zero.
