Proxy settings for SEP client's submissions

The customer wants to use the automatic submission or manual submission through scan and deliver to submit samples without using the central quarantine. Their clients are behind a proxy and the submissions fail even though the clients are configured to use the proxy. So they want to configure Proxy on the SEP client for submissions.
