reschedule weekly scan more detailed

Currently a weekly scan can only be rescheduled on a daily basis, in order to grant more flexibilty this should be set to choose Hours or days (e.g. 26 h) Rescheduling settings could be applied for daily / weekly and monthly can in the same way to make this easier...
