Resize comment box

Service Desk 7 MR2 hard code the size of comment box in incidents ticket. When maximize Edit Comment windows, the size of comment box remain the same, It doesn't maximize.
It would be good idea to have maximize or minimize button within the comment box. So that, users could adjust the size of the box as they like.

Regarding windows resizing, SD7 is not the only place where Symantec should makes some improvements...
