There are some RSS feeds on Symantec website but one is missing and it's RSS feed for KB.
It would be a lot easier to keep yourself up to date what's going on if there is a feed that we can monitor.
I think it should be categorized in similar way as Connect forums so you can choose which products KB you want to monitor.

McAfee has it on their KB ;)

Altiris KB support subscribe existing articles, but you can not subscribe a product, it would be nice also to filter a little: know problem, best practices, release notes (new update) etc... We can subscribe at Symantec to get some notifications (don't remember how, but it is not for KB).

KSchroeder's picture can subscribe to a product in the Altiris KB.   Go to the KB, in the tree view on the left, drill down to your product of interest, then click the name of it (not the folder, but the name to the right).  In the right pane at the top, there is a "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" link that you can use for Category subscriptions.  Each morning I look forward to seeing what new KB articles have been published for my products of interest.  It is a great way to find the newest KBs within 24 hours of them being published to the public facing KB site!

Symantec will soon launch a new knowledge base called SymWISE.  This new knowledge base will allow customers to subscribe via RSS to content channels (product documentation, technical solution articles, how-to articles) and content categories (Best Practices, Downloads, Troubleshooting, Release Notes, etc.)  These RSS subscriptions are "product family" based.

In other words, users can receive RSS feeds for KB articles relating to Backup Exec Best Practices or Release Notes or Product Documentation.

As Kyle stated, this functionalty is currently available to Altiris customers.  However, with the launch of SymWISE, RSS feeds will be available to all Symantec product families.  Here is a screenshot of the new system showing the RSS subscription feature.
