The abilty to expand on the functionality in the CMDB.
For example its great that we can currently create reports in the Service Desk based on Department and Location, but what if we needed to report on a 'group' of locations such a Region or State?
We should be able to define this in the CMDB and then be able to customise the reports in Service Desk to report on calls based on Region or whatever custom group field defined in CMDB.
