Ability to create a SEPM account where the Manage groups Group Rights can be modified globally, without having to manually modify each group individually (eg set all Group Rights to Read Only ) and Read Only access on Policy Rights.

The ability to set all groups at the same time would be welcome.

 As long as the per-group modification was still allowed.

yes, the current method is very cumbersome

there should be a method to set access for all groups and subgroups at a click. The default should be read-only for all groups
