We already tried fooling the server into thinking that it was in GMT by setting the Windows time to +0. But that screwed up the dates on some clients. We were using multiple time zones.

ITs better to use GMT so that it would be the same timezones.
Why not both?
I'd rather have the local time and have GMT as an option.
Local time for companies whose entire network are in a single timezone. No point in using GMT there.
And then GMT for companies with networks on multiple timezones. But, it would be a little harder or time consuming making conversions everytime you set a timed policy.

better have the SEPM
