Hi,
unfortunately if one sets the "Number of content revisions to keep" to 1, SEPM cannot publish the latest contents therefore the clients cannot receive them.
This value should be forbidden directly by the GUI.

I just did a test and Yes in fact this is correct. You will also receive an error saying "Not in Gzip format" every time Live update tries to run.
