Symantec MySupport should support attachments

One of MySupport's more frustrating aspects is the lack of support for attachments, or at least for images.  When I create a case, I often want to provide a screenshot to show or better explain the issue.  This appears to be impossible. 

A picture is worth 1000 words...

Realone.exe and Quicktime doestn't work

Hi, when we update symentac from 10.2 to endpoint 11.0.4000.2295 ,we find the Realone and Quicktime can't work and have error massage as Pic. our client run on vista sp2 with lastest version and update. and it working on school domain. before we used symentac 10.2 realone and quicktime working well.  can you help me solution this problem.imagebrowser imageimagebrowser imageimagebrowser imageimagebrowser image

workaround

At the moment, I send them right away as an email attachment after opening a case through mysupport.
Would be great if we could attach them online at case opening.
