Symantec Online Support (SOS) via CHAT, inside Symantec Connect Home Page
Hello to All Admins,
I think that if Symantec Support Dept. provide a Section Called Symantec Online Support ( SOS ) & give Support with CHAT to Customers who have Problem, it Will be good Idea to Help Admins for Solving Their Problems & Also give a Real Feedback to the Symantec Support Team about Status of Symantec Products in Whole World.
Right now, HP did same Support on their Support Section & they found lot's of missings & real Problems of HP Users, Also they will give Sugestion to their Customer for Better Choosing what they need & so, it will Reduce rate of their Problem in Feature. if Symantec Start this Online Support, it will be the First Company in Antiviruses Category who did it will help to it's Customer for giving Better Services from Symantec Real Technical Team in Online Chat ... WOW !!!

& then Community: Security and Product: Endpoint Protection (AntiVirus) plus your version as a minimum.

usb block issue
hi
i am not able to block pen drive only by SEPM. while going to block usb, the SCSI hdd portable HDD also going to block.
please advice for the same.

Symantec Endpoint Protection Expiry date
I have Symantec Endpoint Protection installed on my laptop. How do I check the expiry date? Usually, all other Anti-virus software display the number of days left for renewal, but I don't see this information on Symantec EP. Where can I find this information?
