Symantec Security Products - IDs/features for auditing

Hi, I'm not sure if this is already in development.

We've all heard of requirements for a limited user ID just to check on SEP and SBG policies. Current IDs only allow full admin rights. Why haven't we implemented a user with audit IDs yet?
I think this can be easily implemented by disabling the 'Save' or 'Apply' button for such IDs pure and simple.

And while they're looking into it, they may want to have the option to save reports to text files. I'd like to be able to extend this functionality with the policies and settings so anyone who wants to check the settings may request for a human readable text file - 'Export to file' or 'Print to pdf'  of the current settings to make suggestions for changes to someone with full access rights.
