Tutorial Videos

I haven't found any, but I think that Symantec (as should most vendors) should create tutorial videos on how to configure products.
There should be some kind of survey customers could fill out (if not just the 'how to' questions that come into support) on what Customers actually want to do or need to do.

http://blogcastrepository.com/Default.aspx is a site that has how-to's for many things, I'd like to see some sort of resource for us to learn on administering like this.

Let me know if there is one already.
