VBR Modular Reports Sharing

Rework VBR so that the code to produce reports that it can generate are more "modular" (XML?), such that Symantec could issue fixes for individual reports/graphs, without users having to wait for the next release.
 
As a side benefit to users, you could have a website with pre-designed reports for folks to download to their systems. And maybe a way for people to upload their own versions to share with everyone.
