Wildcards for Centralized Exceptions for Endpoint Protection

Would like the ability to use wildcards with centralized exceptions. I understand this feature is not yet available, but would like to see this in future enhancement.
Currently we can specify
Currently we can specify PREFIX for folders as shown in the attached screen.
