Currently there is a hard coded 20 minute timeout on auto-refreshes of the VOM webpage. (This is separate from the setting on the Management Server settings page)

In the scenario of a monitoring team watching multiple tools at the same time, having to refresh any tool every 20 minutes is a hassle and will simply not get done.

I'd like to request the ability to turn off this feature to allow the webpage to perpetually refresh with no timeout.
