Add alert for OK severity

As listed in the VOM Admin Guide on page 49 (Managing alerts, About alert rules) there are 4 severities which can trigger an alert:

  • Critical
  • Error
  • Warning
  • Information

We use an alert rule which runs a script to forward the alerts to HP Operations Manager. This works great, but when the alert is resolved in VOM it's still listed in HPOM.

I would like to send a message to HPOM to acknowledge and/or reduce the severity the messages sent if the service is already back to normal.

To clarify:

Our alert rule script only knowns when something goes "down" not when something gets "up" again.
