The Employee List in the Legal Hold module imports numerous fields from Active Directory including teh Display Name in "lastname, firstname" format. Thus when sending Legal Hodl notifications, the Greeting line becomes, "Dear Smith, John," which does not look very professional. Clearwell should import the First Name and Last Name fields from Active Directory so that those variable can be used to issue Legal Holds with a "Dear John Smith" greeting that makes the tool appear much more professional.
