Add "Open report in new tab" option

When working with reports, if you wnat to work with a specific report, you can right-click over the name, and select either to open it in current tab, or to open it in a new window. At the end, you have plenty of Internet Explorer instances opened.
Adding a "Open report in new tab" option will allow to keep wqorking on just one instance, which is more clear and comfortable.

I do not think any webpage can control browser tabs.
The browser can (see attached IE setting).

I don't think that opening a report should be considered as a pop-up.
When I'm in a web page, and I find a link, if I right-click over that link, Internet Explorer allows me to "Open", "Open in a new tab" or "Open in a new window".
This is what I'm asking for the Altiris Console. In the links where I can choose to "Open" or "Open in new Window", to have also the option to "Open in new tab"

Thats what i mean:
The browser can control how to open links (same tab, new tab, new window)
A web application can either open inside the same window, or in a new window (that would be a popup for the browser).
