customer don't want to map the network drive but want to specify a network drive folder with UNC format.
I explained we have to mount the network drive to make it work, but they want this to be heard and considered in the future product enhancement.

Hi Charlie,
Can you confirm this doesn't work today? What exceptions are you trying to create?
I have customers who have created UNC based exceptions and they haven't had any issues with them.

Hi Paul,
We have confirmed internally that UNC share exceptions may work for some scenarios with on-demand scans, however they are not supported. We have seen a number of issues where they can cause issues with other exceptions that are in place.
