Admin alerting feature in Clearwell
It would be EXTREMELY helpful if there was alerting built into the application where administrators (who don't necessarily login and use the system everyday) where alerted when there was a problem. For instance, my employee list was out of sync with AD for months, and I had no idea until a paralegal questioned why she couldn't see a newer employee in the list. Another scenario is when backup jobs fail or collections don't complete. It would be nice to receive an email alert when the system detected a new patch that needed applied. If would even be OK if there was a entry in the Windows Application log that SCOM could detect and email out. I really need alerting in Clearwell so that I can intervene some of the issues and keep them from snowballing into bigger problems.
