There is no data available within CA and DA that tracks changes made to the tool. As an administrator, there are many functions you can do and there is absolutely no traceability of your actions within the tool.
Requirements and Impacts
Any and all actions taken by an administrator need to be visible on a report/screen for audit and change control purposes.
The change log should contain the before and after image of the change, who made the change and when the change was made.
The changes must be readiliy available via report/screen.
