Age calculation when exporting Service Desk reports

By default, in both SD 7.0 and 7.1, when you export or email a report in Excel, it will show the (Age) as the actual Time and Date, rather than the Age.

When viewing the report in the Service Desk console, the Age shows correctly as 3 days or 5 days 2 hours, this format should be kept when exporting the same report to Excel.

The only way around this now, is to export the sql code, then create new a report with that code and add the DateDiff syntax....which is way too much effort for the price and advanced nature of this product.

Please can we introduce this small yet very helpfull feature....like soon!  :-)
