An Alert or Notification or Logs for websites visited.
Hello,
Just Like Learned Application, could we have the SEP clients grab data on websites visited by a user.
Could we have Symantec Endpoint Protection provide an Alert or Notification or Logs for websites visited by an User.
I know the Symantec Endpoint Protection is a Security Software however, there are lots of Malicious websites on World wide web, which are spreading Threats.
Just like Norton Safe Weblite ( http://safeweb.norton.com/ ), we could have a integral part with SEP which could detect websites spreading threats and provide an alert to user that the website is trying to transfer file or is suspicious / malicious. Also, a report should be gathered and generated for Administrator to check which websites were visited for better management.
Hope this New Idea makes its way to the Development in upcoming versions.

Mithun, I added the idea for Safeweb to be integrated last year. Still waiting for this idea to be reviewed.

Safeweb is included on the upcoming SEP12.1 distribution media. Its not integrated yet, but can still be used by customers.
