This options appears to be have been removed from BE 2012.

I'd like to see the ability to limit the number of concurrently running jobs on a media server and/or a backup tape library. Currently the only option to limit concurrent jobs is via disk based media and the 'concurrent write sessions' field - i'd like to be able to set this per media server redardless of the destination device type.
