Assign and reassign searches should only return users that are servicedesk technicians

Status: Alternative Solution

When assigning or reassigning the search button returns results based on the WHOLE servicedesk database, and from the CMDB if you haven't turned that off.

When assigning incidents the only desriable results should be people working as technicians so the assign search should ONLY return technicians.

Please change this behaviour!
