Auto follow up for closing DLP cases
her i am sharing one more idea related to symantec DLP. as i am aware of this product and got some new idea as requirement to increase eficiency of DLP and reduce the manual intevention of IT professional. I think when any case is in escalated status ther is need of some duration/ period in between auto follow up to concern supervisors and it should stop to auto follow up while case is going to close.Currently we need to take continously follow up with concern people which takes lots of time to finish.
