Hi,

i think a good idea would to develop a Multithread Engine for the Software Compression.

In this way, a great benefit would come for users using Disk Backups with Storages without 

RTC (RealTime Compression), and much lower traffic on Lan.

Moreover having multicore machines (wich are standard nowadays) would provide good

backup speed in range with non-software-compressed backup.

Hope this will be implemented.
