Few days back, we saw unexpected high failure rates just because of two of new servers being added with phenomenal data size which exceeded backup window, queueing up other servers and resulting them fail with status 196

We were asked to reconcile on backup schedules and backup selection.

Had nightmare worst ever.

Having approx 10-15 clients in each policy with different backup selection or say each client hold min of 3-4 different sets of directories to backup.

in NBU there was no seperation or link or any sort of popup or greyed out info which shows backup selection represention to which client or vice-versa

Very disappointing to us. We also monitor Backup Exec , i'd rather say best over NBU this time.

Any idea, if i missed any alternatives within NBU to get list of clients and their specific backup selection only.

Note: Manual MIS in excel is hectic and is not adoptable in 24*7 environment.with concurrent backup/restore being requested intermittently
