When a machine is wakened from hibernation or sleep mode; Windows 7 reports that the anti virus is not running and/or the system is unprotected. This also happens in some occasions during a reboot or cold start.

The recommendation is to load the services before Windows notification. I have tested other products that do not exibit this behavior.
